  First consultation is free of charge and usually lasts about one hour. It allows us to know You and the needs of your company. There is no obligation to book the next consultation, however if we continue cooperation, financial matters are tailored individually to the  size of the project. We make sure customers get best value for the service.
• Do IT Ops surcharge provision for recommending technology provided by vendors?
  No, we are very transparent to what we do, there is no middle man for all proposed by IT Ops technology/solutions. Every purchase or subscription, hardware or software that may happen during or after consultation period is direct between Your company and vendor. We only charge for consultation service, details are discussed during or after a free of charge initial 1 hour meeting.
• Do IT Ops offer services in the subscription model?
  No, our philosophy is to give customers flexibility and freedom of choice therefore usually we charge per project, also You can hire us per hour rates on a small project. Of course we can help in regular maintenance to Your IT infrastructure if needed.
• Can IT Ops install IT equipment?
  Yes, If a customer needs help with installation/configuration of hardware or software, or the project requires regular maintenance visits on site, we are more than happy to help.
